- Half-day rate ($350) — typically 4–6 small jobs
- Full-day rate ($650) — typically 8–12 small jobs
- Customer-supplied parts welcome
- Plumbing-adjacent fixes get priced separately if they grow

Anything around the house that's been bugging you for months. Squeaky doors, loose handrails, smoke detector batteries, caulk lines, weatherstrip, towel bars, toilet paper holders, gate hinges, screen patches, drywall dings. If it's a one-time visit and we can knock out 6+ items, the half-day rate is a steal.
